We've identified the ability to open 2,200 restaurants in the US. So a tremendous growth opportunity for us, a lot of whitespace. And brunch and breakfast has been not the only segment in the restaurant space that's been growing, but it's been doing that for many years, despite about 70% of breakfast occasions still being eaten at home. There's really nobody out there doing what we're doing. We're a breakfast, brunch, and lunch-only concept. I think it's our unique offering to start with. We know we've flown under the radar somewhat in the restaurant industry. We've been a high growth concept for many, many years. Why are you? To what do you attribute that speed of growth here, especially for folks who are not familiar with First Watch?ĬHRIS TOMASSO: Yeah, and we recognize that there's a lot of folks not familiar with us, even though we're coming up on 500 restaurants in 29 states. JULIE HYMAN: Chris, this might be a silly question. It does make forecasting a little bit difficult with the environment that we're in right now, but we had a tremendously strong 2022, a great fourth quarter, and we've been the fastest growing full service restaurant company in America for the last couple of years. And so we feel good about our continued growth. CHRIS TOMASSO: Yeah, there's certainly some uncertainty, but we've seen our consumer be extremely resilient throughout COVID and beyond and to where we are now.
